This module prepares students for the role of leader - architect of an innovative culture.
Participants learn the differences between managing and leading innovation, how to design a climate that fosters experimentation, learning from mistakes and knowledge sharing, and how to stimulate creativity. Working on real-world case studies (e.g., technology companies, organizations in crisis and transformation), in decision-making games, and using tools such as canvases and strategic scenarios, course participants step by step move from the role of specialist manager to the role of leader.
In the era of Industry 5.0, the role of leader becomes crucial for building the right organizational climate conducive to innovation and creativity. The winner is the leader who can build trust, influence dispersed teams, utilize foresight, and, above all, anticipate changes in the environment.
