PhD Eng. Anna Zabłocka-Kluczka is currently working as an assistant professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management, Department of Management Systems and Organizational Development. Her scientific interests focus on management concepts, methods and techniques (in particular controlling, change management, crisis management and business continuity management). Her latest research is devoted to the issues of organisational resilience and reliability, and sustainable functioning of organisations.
