The President of the Republic of Poland awarded prof. Katarzyna Tworek from the Department of Management Systems and Organization Development the title of professor of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences.

We would also like to add that she is one of the youngest people with the title of professor at the entire Wroclaw University of Technology :)

Ms. Professor's research area is: leadership (including the concept of false leadership), organizational behavior (including dynamic capabilities of employees), IT in organizations (including its reliability and changes after the COVID-19 pandemic) and organizational reliability.
