Graduate Survey Questionnaire

Dear Sir or Madam,
we would like to ask you to fill in the survey questionnaire, which will allow us to collect your opinion on the completed studies at the Faculty of Management, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as to improve the quality of education. The survey is anonymous, however, it requires logging in from the pwr domain. E-mail addresses are not collected, and logging into the system verifies the identity of the graduate (making it impossible for outsiders to answer).
