Doktor nauk ekonomicznych w dyscyplinie nauk o zarządzaniu, adiunkt w Katedrze Organizacji i Zarządzania Politechniki Wrocławskiej. Prowadzi zajęcia dydaktyczne z zarządzania biznesem, zarządzania strategicznego, zarządzania przedsięwzięciami innowacyjnymi, a także zajmuje się działalnością naukowo-badawczą w wymienionych dziedzinach. Zainteresowania naukowe koncentruje na strategii przedsiębiorstwa, twórczości organizacyjnej oraz przedsiębiorczości inżynierskiej.
