Zainteresowania naukowe

Badaczka psychologicznych mechanizmów stylów przywództwa, zachowań organizacyjnych, problemowego korzystania z Internetu w pracy i cyberchondrii, a także roli dystansu temporalnego w regulacji przekonań, emocji i zachowań.

Autorka standaryzowanych narzędzi psychologicznych mierzących orientację temporalną, wskaźniki myślenia strategicznego, stylów kierowania, prokrastynacji, cyberchondrii i cyberbumelanctwa oraz kwestionariusza wartości i motywów w pracy

Autorka standaryzowanych kwestionariuszy do pomiaru transformacyjno-transakcyjnego stylu przywództwa, myślenia strategicznego, zainteresowań zawodowych, wartości pracy, cyberchondrii i orientacji temporalnej.

Współautorka metody do diagnozy zainteresowań zawodowych dla MPiPS

Współpraca z firmami doradczymi jako ekspert i trener w zakresie doskonalenia kompetencji miękkich pracowników.
