Job title: research scholarship for young scientists of PWr
Number of posts: 3

Requirements:

NCN scholarships may be awarded to a person who meets the following criteria:

• is a student of a full-time second-cycle degree program at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology

In addition:

• strong mathematical background (preferably),
• basic knowledge of programming,
• acquainted with Python, C++, R, Matlab,
• confirmed participation in courses like Business Simulations, Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Project Management, or similar,
• good knowledge of English and Polish languages,
• strong motivation to conduct research in the field of the project.

Scope of work:

According to the proposals for funding of research projects “MoSAic: Model czworościenny zrozumienia I zwiększenia społecznej akceptacji gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym”, no. UMO-2022/47/D/HS4/03444 In particular:

• designing and implementing of field research and interviews,
• carrying out master thesis within the scope of the project,
• participating in writing research paper,
• presenting results at research conferences,
• promoting the results of the project using other channels of communication (like social media).

Conditions of employment:

The scholarship will be awarded from 01.05.2024 (possibility to delay the start by up to 2 month).
Salary 2.000 PLN/month (it is the so-called “employer gross”).
The scholarship agreement will be signed for 3 months.
