Dr. Beata Bajcar's monograph is a theoretical and empirical study of the phenomenon of procrastination (i.e. procrastination, postponing something for later) in working conditions, outlining a picture of the phenomenon in the context of organization and management. It presents a systematic and comprehensive review of theoretical positions and empirical research results on procrastination in general and procrastination in working conditions, as well as the process of empirical verification of the structure of procrastination at work, tools for its diagnosis, subjective and organizational sources and explanatory mechanisms in the Polish organizational context.

Dr. Asha Thomas' monograph deals with knowledge management, leadership and innovation in digital transformation. The book discusses Knowledge Management (KM), leadership and innovation as pillars of accelerated growth in the context of digital transformation. Combining qualitative research, based on interviews with KM leaders, and quantitative analysis, the book explores key factors and barriers in KM and highlights critical KM leadership skills.

Prof. Sylwia Przytuła's monograph addresses human resource management (HRM) practices in higher education institutions.
