Dear colleagues,
in the face of increasing reports from employees regarding potential exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, in order to organize activities, an address has been set up at the Faculty of Management: w8.covid.pracownicy@pwr.edu.pl

I kindly ask all employees ( the Faculty administrative staff as well as teaching and research workers of the Departments cooperating with the Faculty) and PhD students to report to this address situations in which:
1) Someone with whom you have had contact has symptoms characteristic of COVID-19 or has had COVID-19 confirmed with a positive test result.
2) You have symptoms suggesting that you may have contracted COVID-19.
3) You have had a confirmed positive COVID-19 test result.

This address is supported by myself and Vice Dean Professor Magdalena Węglarz 24 hours a day.
• After reporting information about a potential problem, the employee will be immediately informed about what further steps they should take.
• The information will also be immediately forwarded to the Health and Safety Department and the employee's immediate supervisor.
• Next, the procedures will be implemented to identify individuals who have contact with the employee reporting the problem (if necessary) and the procedures to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
