Doctor of economics in the discipline of management sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Organization and Management of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He conducts teaching classes in business management, strategic management, and management of innovative projects, and is also involved in scientific and research activities in the above-mentioned fields. His research interests focus on enterprise strategy, organizational creativity, and engineering entrepreneurship.
