MOVEx Seminars in Tallinn – December 8, 2023
On December 8, 2023, the MOVEx consortium held an important seminar at Tallinn University of Technology, focusing on the development and implementation of the Virtual Exchange Programme (VEP) and microcredentials. The meeting outlined the timeline for upcoming tasks, key decisions regarding the structure of the VEP, and the preparation of microcredentials.

Microcredentials Development Timeline and Structure was developed
The MOVEx consortium will develop the Virtual Exchange Programme (VEP) and its microcredentials, preparing them for integration into partner universities' systems and launching for student participation. The program will undergo multiple rounds, with continuous improvements based on participant feedback and outcomes. -
VEP Requirements and Evaluation: The consortium established seven key criteria for evaluating microcredential proposals. The evaluation will determine which microcredentials align with the overarching themes, such as Green Transition, AI, and Industry 4.0.

Good Practices in Online Education: Each partner institution is tasked with preparing a 2-3 page description of their best practices in online education, which will be used to enhance the MOVEx project.
The seminar in Tallinn was crucial in shaping the next phase of the MOVEx project, laying the groundwork for the launch of a fully operational VEP by September 2024. Partners are now focusing on finalizing microcredential proposals and ensuring their seamless integration into the educational frameworks of their respective institutions.
